Urban Innovation Group is involved in a number of very innovative residential and commercial projects, including a master-planned downtown, mixed-use proposal. Our projects will help to revitalize urban areas and realize the promise of mixed-use planning and development. Based on the needs of a specific project, we assembles and coordinates an expert team of consultants to handle the specific requirements of its projects – from planning, engineering and financing, to public relations and marketing.

Arts & Entertainment District Project
A $ 250 million downtown mixed-use redevelopment project with retail, restaurants, cultural venues, a multi-pl ex cinema, apartments/condominiums and a hotel and conference center. The Arts & Entertainment District Project will transform a long-fallen commercial district into a vibrant commercial, entertainment and cultural center that will enrich the greater community.

Boutique Department Store Chain
An updated iteration of the department store with an inaugural opening in the City of Oakland. The proposed 25,000 square foot urban style fashion center will place heavy emphasis on architectural design, and customer service. Blending the comprehensive nature of a department store with the personal attention of a small boutique, the merchandizing will be organized around individual merchants within the umbrella of the larger store. These elements will give the store an ambience which will differentiate the shopping experience. The focus will be on providing goods and services for the emerging higher income Gen X and Gen Y urban market in the east bay area.

Crenshaw City Center
A mixed-use retail and residential development located in the heart of the Crenshaw District in the City of Los Angeles. Anchored by a 25,000 square feet banquet center, the Crenshaw City Center includes 16,000 square feet of additional retail space, 10,000 square feet of the office and 105 residential units. Crenshaw City Center will be the northern anchor of the soon-be-be revitalized Crenshaw Boulevard Pedestrian District.

Single Family Residential Development
UIG is negotiating with a number of small urban land developers to collaborate in developing a number of Single-Family Small Lot Subdivision projects within South Los Angeles

Boutique Consignment Store
